It's a really nice location. Riumar is very calm and there is a shop near to the houses. The house is clean. The wifi connection is not the best but there is wifi. The privacy is also not the best, the neighbours can watch you when you're swimming. But it's a really nice town, its fun cause you have a whole swimming pool for yourself and the poolguy cleans the pool so you don't have to do that.
